LOTS AND LOTS OF SNOW... THE WIND WILL BLOW AND BLOW

I  just  found  out  early  this  morning...

KAREN,

SOME  DAYS  ARE  LIKE  DIAMONDS,

CREATOR  OF  OUR

BLOGGERETTE  SOCIETY,

underestimating  how

very  big  we  would  grow,

and  a  tremendous  work  schedule

has  released  us  to  a  new

Hostess,

who  has  volunteered  to

Adopt  Us.

THIS  IS  THE  NEW  BUTTON  WE  ARE  TO

REPLACE  OUR  ORIGINAL   BLOGGERETTE

BUTTON  WITH.

For  those  of  you,  who  have  not  heard  yet,

Our  NEW  Hostess  is

MS.  DEBI

A  BEAUTIFUL  ARTIST.

HER  BLOG  IS

LIFE  IN  MY  STUDIO

If  you  would  like  to  join  the

BLOGGERETTE  SORORITY

PLEASE  E MAIL  DEBI.

THIS  POST  IS  ALSO  TO  LET  YOU

KNOW,  AS  A  LOT  OF  YOU  ARE,  THAT

OKLAHOMA  STARTING  AT  0300

TUESDAY  MORNING,  IS  BRACING  TO

RECEIVE  A  RECORD  BREAKING  SNOW-

STORM...AND  BLIZZARD.

MY  PART  OF  THE  STATE  IS

EXPECTING  8 - 10  INCHES

OF  THE  PURTY  WHITE  FLUFF.

MY  FIL  AND  MIL,  MY  SIL  AND  HER

HUSBAND  CAN  EXPECT  UP  TO

EIGHTEEN  INCHES  WITH  SNOW

DRIFTS  UP  TO  SIX  FEET.

THE  PROBLEM  WILL  BE  THE

WIND  IS  GOING  TO  BLOW  AND

BLOW  UP  TO  50  MPH...

WE  COULD  LOSE  OUR

ELECTRICITY....

CAN  I  SAY  BASIC  TOTAL

ELECTRIC  HOME....YEAH.....

SO  IF  YOU  DON'T  HEAR  FROM

TOO  MANY  OR  NONE  OF  US

IN  OKLAHOMA  FOR

AWHILE......WE  WILL  BE  BACK

  ON  LINE

WHEN  WE  GET  POWER.

BUT  I  AM  KEEPING  SPRING

ALIVE  IN  MY  HEART...

BECAUSE  AS  MY  AUNT  PATRICIA

ALWAYS  TOLD  ME...

THIS  TOO  SHALL  PASS

AND  KEEP  YOU  SAFE  AND  WARM  UNTIL

WE  BLOG  AGAIN.

YOU  ARE  PRECIOUS  IN  GOD'S  SIGHT

AND  TO  ME.

HAVE  A  SUGAR  SWEET  DAY

Wow!!! I will certainly be praying your electricity stays on!! We are actually expecting snow Thursday night and into Friday morning. This is HUGE for us...I haven't seen snow in my area of Texas since 1985!!! Imagine that! But I'm not keeping my getting my hopes up. If the high is predicted at 32 then it will really be around 40, so you know how that goes!! Anyway, stay warm and take care!

I am praying that you will glide through the storm easily and that electricity and warmth will remain in your home, bold Oklahoma friend.

Hope and pray that your electricity stays on. So far we have ice--I posted pics late this afternoon.

I do pray you all can keep your power and stay cozy and warm. We won't be having the blizzard, but we will be having the wind and the cold. We are total electric and no fireplace, but at least our son has a fireplace if we get desperate. Luckily, in a small town we aren't usually without power very long, but when those big oak trees fall, anything can happen.

Debbie, you have such a pretty blog! Thank you for posting about the Bloggerette Sorority, I appreciate you helping to spread the word.

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that everything will be okay for all during the horrible snow storms.

Debbie, we are getting it here, too. I'd say there is already about 10 inches on the ground and more to come tomorrow. Stay warm and dry!

Thanks for your nice comment on my attempt at macro pictures.

It is 12 degrees and the wind blowing like crazy. We have 2-3 inches of ICE. This past weekend it was 73-74 degrees. Now this...welcome to the Super Bowl Green Bay and Pittsburg. :) They only thought they would be escaping the cold.
