I  CANNOT  BELIEVE  IT  IS  ALREADY

PINK  SATURDAY  TIME  AGAIN.

I  LOVED  CELEBRATING  BEVERLY'S

"PINK  SATURDAY",  2ND  BIRTHDAY

LAST  WEEK.

I  HAD  HOPED  I  COULD  MAKE  IT  TO

EVERYONE  BUT  287  PARTICIPANTS  WERE

TOOOOOO  MANY  FOR  ME  TO  MAKE  IT

AROUND  TO  IN  ONE  WEEK.

IT  SURE  WAS  FUN.

PLEASE  VISIT  BEVERLY  AND  SAY  HELLO

AND  YOU  WILL  FIND  THE  LIST  OF  ALL  THE

PINK  PARTICIPANTS.

THANK  YOU  BEVERLY  FOR  ANOTHER  YEAR!

THIS  IS  A  PICTURE  OF  MY  ROSES

LAST  YEAR  AT  THIS  TIME  EXCEPT  THIS

YEAR  THEY  ARE  MORE  VIBRANT  PINK.

SHE  IS  CALLED  MY  JACKIE  O  ROSEBUSH.

I  MEANT  TO  GET  SOME  PICTURES  OF

HER  THIS  YEAR  BUT  IT  IS  SO  VERY  HOT

AND  HUMID.  I  STAYED  IN  WHERE  IT  WAS

COOL.

THANK  YOU  FOR  STOPPING  BY  TO  SEE  ME

TODAY.  MY  PRAYER  IS  FOR  THOSE  WHO  ARE

SICK  TO  BE  HEALED,  THOSE  WHO  ARE  LONELY,

TO  FIND  FRIENDSHIP,  THOSE  WHO  ARE  SEPARATED

FROM  LOVED  ONES  TO  BE  RESTORED,  AND  THOSE

WHO  ARE  WORRIED  TO  KNOW  THE  PEACE  OF

GOD.  MAY  WE  ALL  BE  A  FRIEND  TO  SOMEONE

IN  NEED  AND  HELP  FEED  THOSE  WHO  ARE

HUNGRY  AND  NEED  CLOTHING.  PRAY  FOR

OUR  MILITARY  AND  THEIR  FAMILIES  AND

THE  GULF  OF  MEXICO  THAT  IS  LAYERED

IN  BLACK  OIL.  LET  THE  FISHERMEN  UNITE

AND  NOT  FIGHT  EACH  OTHER  OUT  OF

AGGRAVATION  WITH  THE  SITUATION.

THANK  YOU  FATHER  GOD  FOR  HEARING

OUR  PRAYER  AND  I  THANK  YOU  FOR

ANSWERS  AND  SOLUTIONS.

AMEN  AND  AMEN

BE  FILLED  WITH  THE  SPIRIT,

SPEAK  TO  ONE  ANOTHER  WITH  PSALMS,

HYMNS  AND  SPIRITUAL  SONGS.

SING  AND  MAKE  MUSIC  IN  YOUR

HEART  TO  THE  LORD,  ALWAYS

GIVING  THANKS  TO  GOD  THE  FATHER

FOR  EVERYTHING,  IN  THE  NAME  OF

OUR  LORD  JESUS  CHRIST.

Debbie, the roses are beautiful, but your words brought such comfort to my heart this morning. Mornings are hard, bedtime is hard. But You know all these things and are comforting others with your words. May God bless you. Even though you did not know me when you posted your prayer, I felt like it was going out for me.

Morning Debbie,
Your Roses are so beautiful. I just love roses,
especially when they have a lovely fragrance.
Most of the roses today have none, which is strange to me.
Hope you are doing well hon. Also hope you have
a lovely week ahead. We are headed out for graduation parties today for 3 grads. Should be fun, they all go to our church so we have known them and their families for their whole lives. Amazing how the time flys.
Blessings, Nellie

Hello sweet Debbie and Gracie Ann, your roses are beautiful right now. Of course I don't remember them from last year, but no matter, these are show stoppers. You are very lucky to have some humidity to keep the blooms coming. We are up in the 100's now and blooms just fry with the afternoon sun. I am afraid I will not have many blooms until fall. I enjoy your blog and all the wonderful words of wisdom Debbie. Happy Pink Saturday my friend and be well, Char

I have the feeling this is going to be a very humid summer. *sigh* Well, the plants like it. Such a pretty rose.

I feel so upset with the oil in the Gulf. I remember when I was little we would often find thousands of "tar balls" we called them, on the beach. No one really understood about pollution back then. But they should have known better by now, the situation is a disgrace.

Hi Debbie! My gosh, your roses are beautiful! I love roses, but am afraid I now have NO yard to grow any in now. I absolutely am going to make a point of BUYING myself at least a few for a vase one of these days!.. As for my rooster dishes, I'm so glad you like them; and it's funny, because as soon as I saw them in the store (Dollar General), I grabbed what I could carry home on foot, totally forgetting all else I was even there for, saying "THESE HAVE MY NAME WRITTEN ALL OVER THEM!" I do hope you can find them. I know my store still had some dinner plates left... Hope you're keeping cool this weekend, and enjoying it! ((hugs)) ~tina

Hello Debbie - I love pink - in every shade! What a lovely post! Your roses are so beautiful. It's so hot today that I'm settling in for a movie I rented on Netflix - trying to stay cool. Hope we won't have a shortage on electricity now that it's heating up all over the place!

Have a nice weekend!
