HAVE A JOYOUS PINK SATURDAY

XOXOXO...AMY...XOXOXO
ALWAYS  IN  OUR  HEARTS

HAPPY  PINK  SATURDAY  EVERYBODY!!!

OUR  HOSTESS  BEVERLY  AT

HOW  SWEET  THE  SOUND

WELCOMES  YOU  ALSO.

BEVERLY  IS  THE  SWEET

CREATOR  OF

PINK  SATURDAY.

WHEN  YOU  LEAVE  MY  BLOG,

PLEASE  STOP  BY  HER  BLOG

AND  TELL  HER  HELLO!!!

AND

VISIT  THE  LIST  SHE  HAS  POSTED

OF  ALL  US  LOVERS  OF  PINK.

EACH  WEEK  BEVERLY  HAS  ASK

THAT  WE  FEATURE  AT  LEAST  ONE

BLOG  THAT  WE  HAVE  VISITED

THAT  ENJOYS  THE  COLOR  PINK...

MAY  BE  NEW  TO  BLOGGING  AND

COULD  USE  SOME  FRIENDLY  SUPPORT...

(AFTER  ALL  WE  DO  THIS  TO  FORM

FRIENDSHIPS  AND  TO  BE  AN  INSPIRATION)...

AND  HIGHLIGHT  THEM  ON  OUR  BLOG.

THIS  WEEK  I  AM  PROUD  TO

INTRODUCE  THE  FOLLOWING  BLOGS:

***MICHELLA  MARIE***

MICHELLA  IS  BEAUTIFUL  INSIDE  AND  OUT.

HER  BLOG  IS  STUNNING.

SHE  DOES  PARTICIPATE  IN

PINK  SATURDAY

BUT  SHE  IS  NEW!!!

PLEASE  DROP  BY  AND  TELL  HER

HELLO!!!

*******************************************

***MELISSA***

MELISSA  IS  ANOTHER  BEAUTIFUL  LADY

WITH  AN  AWESOME  BLOG.

SHE  WAS  NOT  A  PARTICIPANT  OF

PINK  SATURDAY

BUT  HAD  SOME  YUMMY  PINKS  ON

HER  BLOG.   I  SUGGESTED  TO  HER,  SHE

WOULD  REALLY  LIKE  PINK  SATURDAY.

THIS  WILL  BE  HER  FIRST

PINK  SATURDAY.

PLEASE  STOP  BY  AND  SHOW  HER

SOME  PINK  SATURDAY  LOVE.

MY  FIRST  PINK  IS  A  GIFT  MY  FAVORITE

COUSIN,  ALWAYS,  SUZIE,  SENT  ME  FOR  MY

BIRTHDAY  BACK  IN  MAY.

YOU  COULD  HAVE  KNOCKED  ME  OVER

WITH  A  FEATHER,  WHEN  I  OPENED

IT  UP  FIVE  DAYS  LATER.

(I WAS  HAVING  MY  EXTREME  VERTIGO

AND  EVERY  TIME  I  HAD  TO  MOVE  IT

WAS  WORSE.)

WHEN  I  WAS  GETTING  THINGS  READY  TO

TAKE  PICTURES,  MY  BABY,  WALKER  TALKER,

JUMPED  RIGHT  UP  IN  THE  CHAIR  AND  SET

DOWN.  HE  LOVES  POSING  FOR  PICTURES...I

THINK  HE  WANTS  TO  GO  TO  HOLLYWOOD!

HIS  EYES  WILL  JUST  MELT  YOUR  HEART.  I

THINK  HE  WANTS  TO  BE  A  SPOKESMAN

FOR  ALL  THE  FERAL  CATS.  WALKER  WAS

A  FORTUNATE  ONE.  MY  HUSBAND  PULLED

HIM  OFF  THE  BACK  OF  OUR  BRICK  HOUSE

AS  OUR  DOGS  WERE  BARKING  LOUDLY  AT

THIS  BABY  KITTY...THAT  IS  WHY  HE  IS  CALLED

WALKER  AND  TALKER  BECAUSE  HE  TALKS  ALL

THE  TIME!!!

"WHAT  DID  YOU  SAY  MOTHER?"

"DID  YOU  SAY  WHAT  IS  THE  NAME

ON  THE  BOX?  THE  WORDS  ARE  TOOOO

BIG  FOR  ME  TO  READ!"

CARMEN  MANUGO

I  HAD  NO  IDEA  WHEN  I  TOOK  THE  LONG  BOX

OUT  OF  THE  MAILING  PAPER  BUT  I  LOVED

THE  VINTAGE  SEPIA  TONE  PHOTOGRAPH

ON  THE  FRONT  OF  THE  BOX.

SHE  IS  SO  STUNNING.

SHE  QUALIFIES  FOR

PINK  SATURDAY

BECAUSE

1.  SHE  IS  A  DIVA

2.  SHE  HAS  PINK  CHEEKS

3.  SHE  HAS  A  SURPRISE  PINK  ON  HER

I  WISH  YOU  COULD  SEE  HER.

SHE  IS  WEARING  A

REAL  shhhhh

RABBIT  COAT.

SHE  HAS  HER  PEARL  EARRINGS,

PEARL  NECKLACE,  AND  A  HAT

AND  DRESS  WITH  STUNNING  LACE

THAT  LOOKS  AS  IF  IT  SHOULD  BE

ON  A  BRIDAL  GOWN.

SHE  HAS  A  SWEET  PURSE  AND  IT

DOESN'T  SHOW  UP  ON  THE  PICTURE

BUT  SHE  HAS  DAINTY  LIPS.

SHE  IS  TRYING  TO  BE  A  PROPER

"DIVA"

AS  SHE  SHOWS  THE  SURPRISE

PINK  ON  HER  ANKLE.

IT  IS  A  PRECIOUS  ROSE  WITH

CARMEN'S  SIGNATURE.

HER  LEG  IS  COVERING  UP

THE  EIFFEL  TOWER  ON  THE  POSTCARD.

CAREN  FROM  K  DOTTIES'  SENT  THE  POSTCARD

TO  AMY  AND  ME

WHILE  SHE  WAS  IN  PARIS

LAST  SUMMER.  I  DID  NOT  REALIZE  ALL

THE  BEAUTIFUL  PINKS  IN  IT  UNTIL  TONIGHT.

THANK  YOU  SO  MUCH  CAREN.

I  HAVE  ONE  OTHER  ONE  THAT  WAS

SENT  TO  FROM  PARIS.

I  TREASURE  THEM  BOTH.

I  WON  A  GIVE  AWAY  AT

HEATHER  WAS  GIVING  5  OF  HER  JOURNALS

AWAY  TO  FIVE  BLESSED  PEOPLE...

ONE  OF  THOSE  BEING  ME.

SHE  SAID  THE  DEAL  WAS,  SHE  HAD

MADE  THEM  FOR  CHRISTMAS  GIFTS

AND  DIDN'T  GIVE  THEM  FOR  GIFTS  AS

SHE  REALIZED  THEY  WERE  UPSIDE  DOWN.

RECENTLY  SHE  REDISCOVERED  THEM

AND  THOUGHT  SHE  WOULD  USE  THEM  AS

GIVE  AWAYS  IF  THE  WINNERS  DIDN'T

MIND  BEING  UPSIDE  DOWN.....

WOWSER...IS  IT  PRETTY.  SHE  PUT  A  LOT

OF  TIME,  CREATIVITY,  AND  LOVE  INTO  THOSE

JOURNALS  TO  NOT  GIVE

FOR  CHRISTMAS  PRESENTS.

THANK  YOU  SO  MUCH  HEATHER.  I

LOVE  IT.

ON  THE  BACK  OF  THE  JOURNAL

HEATHER  PLACED  THE

SWEETEST  POEM:

Thank you for stopping by my blog and for your kind, encouraging comment. I have just returned to blogging after a 15 month hiatus, so it has been such fun meeting all you lovely pink gals.

Thanks for introducing us to a couple other pink gals out there. I will pop by and visit them.

Oh, my prayers for you and your husband this weekend. Yes, your precious daughter is with Jesus...but YOU are not. Thus, you miss her desperately and grieve alot. May the Lord comfort you and fill you with his peace.

Hi Debbie,
Thank you for stopping by HomeHaven and for the prayers...I agree about the nodule biopsy being too far down the road.

My biopsy will be done by a different doc and I'm just waiting for them to say come in earlier.

Hi Debbie! Oh, that little Walker is one photogenic kitty! :) What a cutie!
Oh, you silly girl. You can be part of the sorority - you don't have to sew! :) You just take that button and do anything you want to with it. Come on, I know you can!
You and your hubby will be in my prayers. It's always so nice to hear from you.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

Hello Debbie,

Your new doll is one diva as you described :-) A lady, I should say. She is dressed real grand I'm afraid to be beside her LOL The rose on her ankle is such a sweet touch (very tiny too)

COngratulations on winning a journal. I'm sure it'll be filled with lots of thoughts and inspiration from you.

Also thank you for your beautiful message that you left for me (I haven't been blogging 'till now). I really think so too. Though it's hard to think of it during the situation but in the end, we do realize it too. We are thankful and continue to hope and pray for a full recovery. Thank you for praying with us too.

Belated HappyPink Saturday! (I'm a day late due to probs. in uploading).

He knew where he belonged. :) Happy belated Pink Saturday and I wish a sweet week for you. xo Lynn

Debbie,
I am so sorry for you to have lost your beautiful daughter. My blog is like a tribute to my son in that I began to blog to ease the unbearable pain and loneliness in my life after losing him. He had a daughter but he never married and one year after his death the mom stopped letting us see her. If you would like to pray that I might be able to see her and bring her to my home to see her cousins and relatives I would be blessed. I have taken it to court and applied for grandmothers rights but it is an emotional nightmare to say the least. Sometimes I wonder how many times this old heart must be broken. Since God is my healer, I will wait upon Him. But my emotions are sometimes so raw and exposed as I await the healing balm. Blessings to you. Meg

Hi Debbie! Oh, that's a cute idea of someone's blog being named Roosters and Roses or visa versa! :)
Now I hope you've reconsidered being a part of the sisterhood. I PROMISE you don't have to do any sewing! :)
We need you!

Hello dear Debbie :-)

Thank you for visiting me and leaving those nice comments. In answer to your question about the koi pond, YES, Sandy dug it out herself. She had a bigger one, but the plastic liner broke, so she filled it in and made a smaller one. She's very handy with refurbishing and doing things herself. You can tell she really enjoys her home and the birds. I'm glad you came by and I will try to visit more often.
I love your kitty cat. I know what you mean about being a spokesperson for ferals because we have quite a few of them out here, but most of them are strays and unwanted pets that people just dump thinking the little ole ladies at Chestnut Village will feed them, only not many of us do...it gets expensive keeping up with the catfood. I wish more people would help out, but one cannot force such things on people, so I just do what I can.

Kind Wishes for a peaceful week and lovely thoughts,
Doris and Gizzy :-)
