JAMES' DAD

I  have  had  the  same  Internet

Provider for over  12  years.

We  received  an  e mail  from  them

last  week  stating,  we  have  until

February  1,  2013  to  find  a  new

provider.

We  were  somewhere  between

the  72nd  to  84th  person  they

signed  up  in  our  town...and

they  give  us  about  two  weeks

to  find  a  new  provider!!!!

Don't  you  think  a  "faithful"

customer,  deserves  at  the  very

least  a  phone  call.

They  cited  "ECONOMIC

REASONS,"  for  why  they  can

no  longer  keep  service  to

our  town.

I  certainly  understand  economics,

as  well  as  most  of  the  United

States,  and  including  all  around

the  world.

EVERY  WHERE  PEOPLE  ARE

HURTING.   I  just  heard

the  father  of

little  6  year  old  James

that  was  killed  at  Sandy

Hook,  testify  before  the

Committee  for  new  gun  laws.

My  heart  literally  ached  for  him

as  at  times  he  faught  to  hold

back  the  tears...(it  has  just  been

a  little  over  a  month  since  he

buried  his  son).

James's  dad  went  on  to  say,  how  when

he  was  growing  up  his  family  had  no

money  for  extras.   He  said  he  wanted

some  gum  real  bad  and  his  mother

told  him...NO...and  so  he  stole  the  gum.

Before,  they  even  got  home  from  the

store,  she  found  out.   She  took  him  back

to  the  store  and  he  had  to  confess  what

he  did...apologize  and  promise  he  would

never  do  it  again.

He  said  that  he  and  the  other  Sandy

Hook  parents  has/have  taught  character  at

home...it  is  not  the  school's  sole

responsibility.

He  went  on  to  say,  that  another  gun

law,  even  if  it  was  named  after  his  son,

is  not  what  is  needed...We  need  to

ENFORCE  the  gun  laws  we  already

have.

May  God's  love,  mercy  and  grace

be  upon,  and  around  the  families

at  Sandy  Hook.

Now  back  to  my  internet  issues...(whine,

whine,  whine)

SUDDENLINK  DROVE  UP  ON(a  tiny

play  on  words)  their  white  truck  and

rescued  the  damsel  and  her  hug-a-bug.

Oh  my  goodness...my  old  internet

provider  did  us  the  biggest  favor...you

just  don't  know  how  slow  this  computer

was...let's  say,  it  would  take  me  just  a

little  under  an  hour  to  read  ONE  post.

I  AM  SOOOOOO  HAPPY.

I  will  let  you  know  what  our  new

email  will  be.   We  should  be  able  to

still  receive  e mails  at  the  one  now

until  February  1,  2013.

You,  bloggers,  are  the  sunshine  of  my

day.

We  love  because  He  first  loved  us.

Sooo...you are back with your old provider then? That's good, Debbie- especially if it speeds everything up for you.

The tragedy of Sandy Hook continues for all those that are there, doesn't it? Blessings and love to you- xo Diana

We are lucky living in a large city that we have several choices for internet. That would be a real disaster to get a message like that. Good luck with the new provider.

I am so glad you got everything worked out!

Dear Sandy Hook families, I pray for them everyday.
