A DR. SEUSS MESSAGE FOR 2013

Isn't  he  just  the  most  handsome  guy

you  have  ever  seen.   When  my  son  was

in  college,  he  played  the  Cat  in  the  Hat

and  would  go  to  different  grade  schools,

dressed  up,  and  read  Green  Ham  and  Eggs.

"And  will  you  suceed?   Yes  indeed,  yes  in-

deed!   Ninety-eight  and  three-quarters

percent  guaranteed!"

~Dr.  Seuss,  Oh,  the  Thinks  You  Can

Think!

I  will  be  calling  alot  on  Dr.  Seuss  through-

out  this  year  of  2013.

At  midnight  last  night  my  hubby  rang  our  school

bell...it  sounded  awesome  in  the  crisp,  cold  air.

We  looked  up  and  blew  our  kisses  to  Amy,  and

included  a  special  blown  kiss  from  Sandie.  I  think

she  liked  that  Sandie.

We  live  by  a  park  that  is  full  of  geese.   At  mid-

night  the  firecrackers  were  a  poppin'.   The

geese  by  the  hundreds  were  circling  in  the  air

and  honking  so  loud,  it  was  eerie.

We  had  a  big  laughing  spell...Our  pipes  are

frozen...did  I  say  FROZEN.....Our  pipes  have

never  frozen  in  this  house  but  there  were  a

couple  of  days  it  was  single  digits  and  it  has

not  been  above  freezing.   We  are  fine  and     praising

God  for  ALL  things.

We  can  do  all  things  through  CHRIST  who

strengthens  us.

WELCOME  TO  THE  FIRST  DAY  OF  2013.

HUGS  AND  PRAYERS

I am so sorry your pipes have frozen-hopefully you have them thawed out by now- xo Diana

Hi, Debbie! What a heartfelt posting which I loved reading! The bells at midnight and blowing a kiss to your angel. Truly touched me. I will be returning to your blog to what you are up to in this coming year. And if you have a moment I would love to share my blog with you!

Happy New Year!!

Hello Debbie, I just found your lovely blog and just in time for 2013. I love your tradition of ringing the ring and blowing kisses to your daughter, Amy. Cancer is such a deadly disease. I pray, somed1y there will be a cure. I know, because I survived ovarian cancer. Your newest follower, Linda
