This is the most delicate wreath I have ever seen.
Martha Stewart is having an online workshop of 32 beautiful
Christmas projects.
They describe the above wreath as:
"A delicate-looking wreath that creates the magical effect of
candles flickering in the snow."
I am soooo thinking about making this wreath.
You could leave it up through the winter season.
It is 18 degrees here this morning. The city did not plan
on the little snow we received to cause any problems
with the roads...WRONG...
numerous wrecks this morning...especially around the
high school.
I pray this morning that you are warm and snugly.
Our house is rather interesting...
I am a fat woman with HOT FLASHES and my
husband freezes. He wants the temp at 80 degrees.
THAT IS WAY TOO HOT.
I AM MELting...
I turn the temp down after he is asleep.
HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY
~Simply Debbie
My blogging friends are so special
I want the world to know
You each have special talents
from painting and how to sew
I pray each morning you
HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY
You are the best and have
such inspiration to display
I was so blessed when GOD
sent you my way
I may not always show it
but I have praises to say
YOU ARE THE BEST
Slow down and look for the simple
blessings today.
hugs and hugs

Good Morning, Debbie. I apologize if I have missed any of your posts lately. We are so busy here with the new baby and BigBrother. It has been a time of "rush" to get ready for Christmas on top of everything else.
I had to laugh about the temp in the house. I always like it cool, too, and MyHero is cold-blooded. I am so blessed to have never had hot flashes. I feel a little guilty because so many of my friends suffered with them so bad.
Thank you for your kind words. You are such a good soul and always thinking of others. I pray for you, too, Debbie, and hope that you can enjoy this Christmas Season...I know you remember the true meaning of it~ xo Diana
ps~Gotta go check that MS link out~
Hi Debbie! I will have to check this wreath out, along with the workshop you spoke of!.. As for the weather, it's been surprisingly mild for "The Great Northeast"! Beautiful mild 50-degree temps in December??! How is this happening?!! With just a light jacket we were still able to take the dog for a good long walk! Not that I'm complaining, but I just don't understand it! However, the weatherman warns, we might be getting some snowfall come Wednesday night, so we'll find out how much Thursday morning, I guess... It is with great displeasure to tell you, I get my hot flashes too now, but Dear Son runs hot on the average, so we both seem happy at where the thermostat is set, knock on wood!.. Wishing YOU a beautiful day; and while I can't make any promises, I will TRY to slow down and remember my simple blessings! ((hugs)) ~tina
MS wreath is gorgeous, but I am a little suspicious when she says it's easy. I have done some of her easy projects before, and ended up needing Clairol.
Have a blessed day.
Hope you are well Debbie. I have those same flashes. I feel like I'm going to sweat to death especially at night. I do have window unit in my bedroom which I reach for the remote frequently and wake up freezing. Have a blessed day Debbie. I'm thinking about Amy this time of year.
I find these hot flashes awful...my hubs and I have the same temp disagreements:)
SO WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN DEBBIE?
